What the numbers say
Measured against a theoretical flat rate of $10,800 the proposed model looks slightly cheaper, but the honest benchmark is actual YTD payroll: $9,000. Against that number the model would have cost the company $821 more, driven almost entirely by March — 46 leads and only one install earning a $3,330 paycheck.
This is the reason for Revision 03. Rewarding volume over installed revenue was the wrong lever. † April is partial — actual payroll is trending below the $2,700-per-month theoretical rate.
Methodology. Lead counts come from the Meta Lead Center CSV export (Jan 1 – Apr 22, 2026), deduplicated by phone number and credited to the month of first contact. All stages — Intake, Contacted, Converted, and Lost — count as qualified per the proposed rules. Job-level data comes from Housecall Pro via the Elevate Portal, filtered to Facebook-attributed customers (lead_source + tags resolution), including manual FB attributions made in HCP. A job is classified as an install when an assigned employee is a dedicated installer, the description or tags match install patterns, or the total exceeds $2,000. Revenue figures are raw jobs.total_amount and do not yet apply the portal's standard incentive or warranty adjustments. April is partial.
