Official Rules: Grand Opening AC Giveaway

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (a) 18 years of age or older, (b) legal residents of the State of Oregon, and (c) homeowners of an owner-occupied residence within Sponsor’s service area (Washington County, Oregon).

Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on September 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

4. How To Enter

Complete and submit the entry form at elevategiveaway.com during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Bonus entries: after entering, each entrant receives a personal referral link. Entrants earn one (1) bonus entry for each unique, eligible entrant who enters using that link. Bonus entries are capped at ten (10) per entrant. Duplicate, ineligible, incomplete, or automated referrals do not earn bonus entries.

No other method of entry will be accepted. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, weighted by the number of entries each entrant has earned. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 1, 2026 and streamed live on Sponsor’s Facebook page.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One (1) high-efficiency central air conditioning system, professionally installed by Sponsor, including permits and standard installation. Approximate retail value (ARV): $6,000.

Installation will be performed at the winner’s owner-occupied home within Sponsor’s service area. Non-standard installation work, modifications required by site conditions or code beyond standard installation, and any work outside the scope described above are the winner’s responsibility.

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by phone and email at the contact information provided at entry, within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or does not claim the prize within five (5) days of first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, likeness, neighborhood or city, and statements about the prize for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without additional compensation. Winners in jurisdictions where such consent may not be required as a condition of entry may opt out of publicity by notifying Sponsor in writing.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, submitted fraudulent or duplicate entries, used bots or automated entry methods, or otherwise violated these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Void where prohibited.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
